Privacy Policy

The West Lincoln Parade Committee is concerned about protecting the privacy of its website visitors.  We do not collect personally identifying data, such as names, addresses, email addresses, except when voluntarily submitted by website visitors.  

 

Contact information from online registration forms or information request forms are used to contact and to send information about West Lincoln Sparkles 2021 to our patrons by email or conventional mail.  A patron’s contact information is also used to contact the patron when necessary. 

 

Under no circumstances do we sell or rent this information to other businesses, and we protect and enforce the confidentiality of this information.

 

The West Lincoln Santa Claus Parade Committee will not use any information for any purpose that is inconsistent with the purpose for which the information was collected.  Visitors to this website will not receive correspondence from the Committee without their consent, consistent with the principles of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.
